Hello There Furiends,
It’s been a while since we purrticipated in Friday fill-ins and we’re looking forward to joining the blog hop this week.

Every Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions. All you need to do is answer the questions and then join the “hop”. You are always welcome to meow your answers in the comments too,.

Hello There Furiends,
It’s good to be back to the Friday blog hop. It looks like our Purrsonal Assistant is finally pulling herself together and attending to the large workload she has neglected. If she wasn’t also our chef, cleaning lady and general lackey we might have had to consider replacing her but it appears this will not be necessary.

Why won’t the Humans take me to CatCon? I want to see Lil’ Bub,Pudge and my favorite artist, Moshow the Cat Rapper.

Here are this week’s Fill Ins:

1. My favorite Disney character is ____________________.

2. If I could stay any age for life, I would choose to be age _________________.

My Answers:

1. My favorite Disney character is Marie from Aristocats. I don’t have a pink ribbon but I do have a pretty pink special collar.

2. If I could stay any age for life, I would choose to be the age I am now. I’m older and wiser and can offer advice to the younger felines in the tribe. This is me giving everyone my “wise look”.

3. Talking is my secret talent. I am quite the conversationalist and every night, when the Humans come to bed I talk about my day (I have Siamese in me so of course I’m a talker!) I also like to chat with the Humans during the day as well.  In this photo the Female Human just said something I found quite surprising.

4. Life is like an empty box. You never know what you’ll find inside but you have to jump in, take a chance and see the world from a different purrspective. Now mind you, I am far too much of a diva to jump into empty boxes myself so I’ve included a photo of my brother, Tucker in a box.

Here are my answers:

1.My Chinese zodiac animal sign is a cat, of course. Now if the truth be told, I have no idea about the zodiac, Chinese or otherwise but I did have The Female Human research it for me and imagine my dismay when she told me there is no year of the Cat in the Chinese Zodiac. There’s a year of the tiger and as much as I like tigers, I’m a cat. So, no Chinese zodiac animal sign for me but I’m digging the outfit!

2. My zodiac sign is Aries, I guess. I’m not much into this sign thing but I do know I was brought to the shelter in April when I was a kitten. I don’t remember when and The Female Human told me that what sign I am depends on when in April I was born. This is all a bit too confusing to me. I’m sure I’m not a bull, and I can fly pretty high when I jump up on the counter or the counter stools, so I’ll pick Aries.

3. Income Tax season is a complete and total disaster for our humans. Every year The Female Human runs around like her hair’s on fire. I mean, if this thing happens every year, why does she get her whiskers in such a twist about it? Humans, go figure. I  suggest she take a feline approach to taxes and just chill.

Here are my answers:

1. On New Years Eve, I will put on my festive headgear and then beg for treats from the humans. They rarely go out on New Year’s Eve but they always have a very tasty dinner and The Tribe of Five benefits from the female human’s cooking skills.

2. One Goal I have for 2018 is to continuing doing as little as possible. Doing as little as possible is the official full time career for every feline and I do not expect to retire any time soon.

3. In 2017 I accomplished absolutely nothing (please refer to # 2). Felines are not purrticularily motivated to do things (except eat and sleep!)

4. I  plan to continue opining (along with my other four tribe mates) on all things feline because I believe the world needs more feline purrrspective. I wil of course, stick close to my cuddle buddy (and Alpha of the Tribe of Five, Tucker) in 2017!

This week’s Questions:

1. The best part of last week was _______________________.

2. The worst part of last week was ____________________.
3.                               is a Winter project that I will be working on.

4. A holiday gift that I always buy for someone is                           .
My Answers:
1. The best part of last week was spending more time with our female human. It wasn’t such a great week for her because she missed a step and fell, smashing her knee. She was home for two days which  meant more petting and cuddle time for me (lest you think I’m cold-hearted we gave her lots of love, we felines are very good nurses).
2. The worst part of last week was that our female human hurt her knee (see #1) but she’s doing much better now.
3.Watching the deer pass by and try to get the apples off the trees will be a winter project that I will be working on. This photo is Oliver watching the passing deer.

4.A holiday gift I always buy for someone is absolutely nothing. I’m a cat and although I am a hard working, blogging, journalistic cat, I receive no salary so the best gift I can give my humans and the rest of the Tribe of Five is the gift of my presence. This is a picture of me gracing my family with my presence.
