Rosie Chats!

Hello There Furiends,
Oliver here. I am excited to introduce our Cat Chat guest for this week, Rosie from 15andmeowing. Rosie talks about some cool things and we wanted to share links to some of the thing she discusses. The book her mom wrote, called, “I Am Not A Skunk!” looks great (and her mom wrote another book called “Prancie’s Prayer” which our Angel Tucker reviewed.)

Rosie is also a member of The Tabby Cat Club. Rosie mentioned some of her favorite feline YouTube videos and we found links for two of them, White String Video, and The Red String video.

Okay folks, put your paws together and give our furiend Rosie a big welcome!

Tucker Reviews The Book, Prancie’s Prayer

Hello There Furiends,
The Feline received a book called Prancie’s Prayer in the mail and since it was about a feline, The Tribe of Five was very interested to find out what the book was all about. Besides, we wrote a devotional book for cat lovers so the word “prayer” got our attention!

Lacking opposable thumbs, Alberto and I couldn’t flip through the book and read it for ourselves, although we tried, actually Alberto tried, I am wise enough to know it would be an effort in futility.

How do I get inside this thing?
I give up. Will you please read this book to us?

The Female Human did read us the book and we loved it! There are lots of great things in this story but I don’t want to ruin it for those of you who haven’t read it. I will say this, if you love homeless kitties, your heart will be warmed by this story and, never jump to wrong conclusions about a feline’s behavior!

The holiday season is coming and I think this book would make a great gift for mini humans who love cats or just love a story with a great ending,

Purrs & Head Bonks,
Your Furiend Tucker

This is a Feline Opines, Tribe of Five recommended book!

The Tribe Opines on Books, Getting Stuck and Other Stuff

Happy Fur-iday! And when it’s Fur-iday you know one of the Tribe of Five will be opining on Friendly Fill Ins. We couldn’t decide who would get to answer the fill ins so Olilver, Lily and I are all opining this week.  This is a blog hop hosted by our furiends from 15andMeowing and Four-Legged Furballs. You can hop on over to their sites and join the fun or, if you prefer, you can opine in our comment form.
Purrs & Head Bonks,
Siamese cat with blue eyes

Here are this week’s fill ins:

Here are our answers:

1. Lily:  I have no patience for felines who are not well-read. The Caticons book is fantastic and we’re reading a new book we’ll be reviewing soon called Prancie’s Prayer.

4. Oliver: To make a long story short, I underestimated my girth when I squeezed under the kitchen stool.
