Hi There Furiends,
I’m doing the fill-ins this week and I can’t wait to meow about my answers. This is a blog hop which means you can join via the link at the host’s sites at 15andmeowing and Four-Legged Fur Balls and hop around to other sites, read their answers and of course, opine about your thoughts on their answers.
Here are this week’s fill ins.
1. ______________ was a very good year.
2. There is nothing quite like _______________.
3. If I had a talk show, I would want to interview _________.
4. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for _________.
My Answers:
1. 2015 was a very good year. That’s the year The Female Human became a foster failure and my brother Alberto and I found our furever home. Weren’t we cute?

2. There is nothing quite like watching the local woodland wildlife with my brother.
3. If I had a talk show, I would want to interview Jackson Galaxy. The Female Human is always meowing about him and how much he knows about felines. I’d like to talk to him and see if he could figure out all the crazy idiosyncrasies of The Tribe of Five.

4. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for my fellow members of The Tribe of Five…well, except maybe giving up my favorite spot on the sofa.

Your sofa spot should be sacred, and i’m glad you got to stay in your home!

That sofa spot is reserved for the exclusive use of me and Alberto!

Meowser Oliver, dear furiend, I think ‘foster failures’ are the best sort of fosters. I also didn’t realize we were so close in age. I was born under a porch 10-1-14 then rather unexpectedly snatched to live inside 4 weeks later.

Ah but that kind of “snatching” is the best kind, and look at the fabulous life you have now!

Apparently the snatch had been planned soon after my birth, but they were waiting for me to get old enough to leave my birth mom. Alas, she apparently wasn’t a very good mom, so I got snatched early.

And you lived happily ever after. Thank God for good humans who look after critters who need help!

Meow, I guess my humans are good ones, but they can be very frustrating and difficult to teach, too.

That’s true about humans in general. It’s so hard to train staff!

You look so good in your spot, Oliver … maybe your siblings think if they have your spot they’ll look as fabulous as you?!

Oh, they could never be quite as fabulous as me!

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am glad your mom failed at fostering so you and Alberto could have your forever home. Have a nice weekend! XO

Oliver, don’t ya I saw your post in my feed and then forgot to swing by to comment. 2015 was a good year for you guys. I can’t recall what was going on in our world at that time. I’d have to say 2017 was a good year for us because DH found a good job after a long hiatus from the work force. His previous employer was sold which lead to major downsizing. It’s sad when that happens but life goes on. Watching feathered furriends brief visits in the backyard is always fun. Do you know I’ve seen a fox and groundhog in our yard? One morning as DH stepped outside he saw a raccoon. A few years back some one said there was a deer in our neighborhood. That really floored me because we live in the city limits. I figured the larger critters would stay away from all the busyness but then a few months ago I spotted two deer in a yard not far from our house but on a major road. I shudder to think if one tried crossing the 4-lane traffic the damage that might occur. Vehicles travel much to fast and there wouldn’t be any way for a driver to miss a spirited spontaneous deer. Anywho, have a furtastic week!

I think you might have more wildlife action than we do! We’ve never seen a fox or a groundhog but we’ve had 3 bears visit us, one tapped on our downstairs slider. Meowza, that was scary!! Very happy to hear DH found a good job.

Wow, you’ve seen bear near your home? That’s kind of scary but need to. I’m simply delighted DH found the job that he did in town because we thought we might have to look outside the area. God knows what we need just at the right time. 😊
